The current version of the Invasive Species Analysis and Modeling Service (ISAMS) is based on linear regression modeling, which can be applied with and without kriging to fixed data sets from our project’s study sites. As the framework matures, users will be able to add to a growing library of modeling approaches that have been tuned to specific needs.
